A life transition is a change of adjustment that impacts your life significantly. Life transitions can be centred around career, school, relationships, immigration, health, loss, parenthood or a change in personal identity.
Life transitions can be expected and intentionally planned, or they can happen unexpectedly. Either way, significant changes in our lives can often evoke feelings of excitement, fear, distress or confusion.
At JTM, we believe that reflecting, understanding and processing the changes in our lives can help us adapt and build resiliency, especially for changes that feel unreasonable or overwhelming.

We work extensively with anxiety, fear, confusion, anger, overwhelming emotions and feelings of oppression and discrimination.
